We normally ship orders within 2-3 working days. Orders will be delivered in 7-10 Business days.
We ship all orders by our Courier partner. If your address or Pincode is not serviceable by courier than will send order items by India Registered Post.
Internationally we ship Orders with Only Couriers.
We accept return or replace only in case of transit damage, wrong item supplied and wrong qty supplied. Return request will be accepted if it has made within 2 days of order delivered. For return request please write us at books@pravinprakashan.com. we are not providing Reverse Pick-Up Facility for any order. Customer has to return item by courier with original packaging and Invoice Tag.
We do not accept Return or Exchange for Foreign Countries Orders.
All approved exchanges & Replacement will be completed within 7-10 Business Days.
Refunds will be credited back to the Original payment method in 7-10 Business days.
